Products

All products remain the property of BBD Ltd until paid for.
There may be minor variations in size, colour and shape from the designated picture to the end product. This is due to the process of laser cutting, raw materials availability and design enhancements.
The product range will change on a regular basis with new products being listed and old products being deleted. When the deleted product is out of stock they will no longer be manufactured.
Due to the nature of “Laser Cutting” scorch marks maybe visible on some products.
Due to the nature of “Laser Cutting” an odour of burnt wood may be detectable.

Orders

Your product will be shipped within 14 working days.
Once order has been shipped it cannot be returned.
Damaged products due to freight issues will be replaced but only if notification has been received by BBD Ltd within 24 hours of delivery.
Custom orders are the sole responsibility of the purchaser in respect to design, words, font, pictures, grammar and spelling once the order has been signed off and cannot be returned.
All orders are to be made through the shopping portal on the BBD Ltd website.

Payments

Payments are to be made by PayPal through the shopping portal on the BBD Ltd web site.
All goods to be paid for before shipping.
Accounts clients will receive an invoice to be paid 20^th of following month.
All products remain the property of BBD Ltd until paid for.
Late payments will incur an interest penalty of 16% monthly.
Any collection cost to recover unpaid accounts will be on charged to client.

Guarantee

All products are covered by the “BBD Ltd Life Time” full replacement guarantee.
The BBD Ltd guarantee covers defects in design, manufacture and materials.
The BBD Ltd guarantee does not cover breakages due to misuse, rough handling or accidental breaks.

The replacement of products is at the sole discretion of BBD Ltd.
